BAME Infrastructure

A project to assist in the structural development of BAME VCS organisations, to develop project ideas and ultimately submit funding applications to the local Community Foundation, this involved:

• Developing and adopting a governing document
• Project planning & funding training
• Development of relevant policies and procedures such as GDPR and safeguarding
• Work to develop robust monitoring and evaluation systems
