Sunderland Aces

This project complemented and enhanced existing provision by developing a new collaborative partnership vehicle, ‘Sunderland ACES’ to deliver specialist, coordinated City-wide advice among all partners. Volunteers and this specialist service provided much needed mediated advice that, at the time, was not provided by the local authority. Vulnerable residents were targeted and signposted to five specialist advice services and a new integrated diary system was implemented to improve access.
